Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address, display name, and authentication credentials (passwords are stored only as secure hashes by our auth provider; we never see them).

Program data: purchase submissions (firm, plan, order number, receipt screenshot), token balance and transaction history, spin activity, and reward redemptions.

Usage data: basic technical logs (browser, pages visited) used to keep the site running and secure.

Your data is used only to operate the rewards program: verifying purchases against affiliate records, crediting Tokens, fulfilling rewards, preventing fraud, and contacting you about your submissions or account.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your email or receipts with third parties except the infrastructure providers required to run the site (hosting, database, authentication) and the prop firm affiliate systems used to verify your purchases.

Receipt screenshots are used solely to verify purchases and may be processed by automated tools that read the order total and order number. Do not upload documents containing payment card numbers or other sensitive personal information.

You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time via Discord or Instagram. Deleting your account permanently removes your token balance and history.

Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure with row-level security. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
